You are able to register your child online by clicking the button below.

After registering your child, please contact us to let us know that you have registered and plan on attending the next practice.

After registering your child, an invoice will be sent for the season fee. You will be able to pay through ProCare.

Water and/or gatorade, proper running attire.

Basic supplemental work outside includes daily ab/core, push-ups, proper recovery, healthy eating habits, and For specific additional work outside of practice, please contact your event coach 

Proper practice attire include running sneakers, spikes, tights, compression shorts, sweatshirts, and/or t-shirts.

Parents have the option of attending travel meets. However, transportation and lodging are NOT provided.

Transportation can be added for any athlete to utilize.

Through ProCare, you will be able to receive all updates and announcements and can directly reach out to a member of the coaching staff.
