Elite Track Program
Above Xpectations is a nationally ranked track and field club team located in Wilmington, De, based out of West End Neighborhood House.
Above Xpectations elite-level program competing on the national stage, dedicated to developing student-athletes between the ages of 8 and 18. Our program is built on a foundation of discipline, growth, and high performance, with a focus on helping each athlete reach their full potential both on and off the track.
To ensure the highest quality experience, we operate with a strict capacity limit. This allows our coaching staff to provide each athlete with the individualized attention, technical instruction, and support they need to truly develop.
Our coaches bring a wealth of experience, with most having competed at the collegiate level and holding USATF Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certifications. In addition, our staff has experience coaching at both the high school and collegiate levels, giving our athletes access to knowledgeable and proven leadership.
Earning a spot on our roster is a privilege. We look for athletes who demonstrate dedication, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to consistent improvement. Our program is designed for those who are serious about their development and ready to train at a high level.
We currently offer Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor for youth ages 8-18.
Notable meets our athletes attend include Millrose Games held annually in New York City, NY, Mark Trail Memorial Day meet held in Atlanta, GA, and AAU Club Nationals held annually in Jacksonville, FL.
In addition to competing, we also provide our athletes with college readiness, SAT prep, prevention services, and tutoring.
