Registration and payments

REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY OPEN

The costs for the current 2023-2024 Indoor Season are as followed:

• $275 - Non-High School athletes (includes regular season meets, transportation/lodging if necessary, uniform and warm-up gear)
• $250 - High School athletes
• $150 (AAU Indoor Nationals - Virginia Beach, VA - includes lodging and transportation) *MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO MARCH 1, 2024

*we encourage all athletes to participate in team fundraisers to help offset the costs.

Payment plans will be accepted but must be confirmed in writing prior to the first track meet of the season.  Payment plans will be for the indoor season fees only and can be split into 3 equal payments after a $50 deposit is paid.  

So, for non-high school athletes, there will be a $50 deposit due at registration and the remaining $225 will be split into 3 payments of $75 due December 1, January 1, and February 1. For our high school athletes,   there will be a $50 deposit due at registration and the remaining $175 will be split into 3 payments of $59 due December 1, January 1, and February 1.

In order to participate in any practice or competition, your child MUST be registered AND payment must be submitted. We require a copy of your child birth certificate in order to verify their age to compete.
